Paulo represents clients from various industries in judicial proceedings and arbitrations. He has extensive experience in commercial disputes conducted before national and international institutions, such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Brazilian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC), the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (CIESP/FIESP), and the FGV Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration.

He is listed as an arbitrator with the Business Arbitration and Mediation Chamber (CAMARB), the Arbitration Council of the State of São Paulo (CAESP), the Arbitration and Mediation Chamber of the Federation of Industries of Paraná (CAMFIEP), and the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of the Brazilian Rural Society (CARB). He served as a clerk to Justices of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the Supreme Court of Brazil (STF).
