Benjamin Williams represents private equity sponsors, founders and business owners, healthcare professionals, family offices, strategic acquirers, and real estate sponsors in negotiating and closing complex corporate transactions efficiently and expeditiously.

He counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, auctions, divestitures, 363 sales, ABC sales, restructurings, buy-outs, recapitalizations, minority investments, venture capital transactions and other commercial agreements. Ben’s clients include businesses with over $10 million in revenue and real estate sponsors involved in projects exceeding $50 million. For startup and middle-market clients, he also serves as outside general counsel where he counsels clients on commercial contracts, capital formation and general corporate matters. Whether advising on an acquisition, divestiture, managing a 363 transaction, or serving as outside general counsel, he finds innovative solutions that keep deals on track.
