She has secured multiple acquittals, resolved criminal matters on favorable and non-public terms, and directed individuals and corporations through sensitive and high-profile challenges while focusing on protecting her clients’ reputation and bottom line.

A seasoned trial lawyer, Arianna has first-chaired numerous trials, securing high-stakes criminal case victories in federal and state courts nationwide. Her experience includes healthcare fraud, securities fraud, tax violations and bribery to campaign finance-related issues and False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback violations. Arianna has led investigations for clients in various industries including medicine, education, employment, and oil and gas.

She represents clients in wide-ranging industries, from healthcare and pharmaceuticals to politics and professional sports, defending them in sensitive, high-profile cases.
