Associate

Jillian Musa is a member of Vedder’s Global Transportation Finance team and works with servicers, operating lessors, manufacturers, lenders, private equity firms, and other investors on transactions involving aircraft and railcar assets.

Jill handles securitizations, warehouse loan facilities, capital markets offerings, cross-border operating leases, joint ventures, servicing arrangements, and the formation of offshore leasing platforms. She helps clients structure transactions, manage risk, and efficiently finance or grow their transportation portfolios.

Jill also brings leadership experience from her work with the Women’s Law Society and the University of Illinois Journal of Law and Technology Policy
