Justine Chilvers advises banks, lessors, funds and investors on financing, buying, selling, and leasing aircraft and rail assets worldwide. Her counsel helps clients grow their fleets, access capital markets and manage portfolios effectively.

Justine handles sophisticated cross-border and domestic aircraft and rail finance transactions, including revolving credit warehouse financings, mortgage financings, securitizations, EETCs and other structured debt financings, aviation-related M&A transactions and joint ventures, export credit agency-supported financing transactions, capital markets offerings and numerous other aviation and rail-related acquisition, sale and leasing transactions.

Clients value Justine’s ability to navigate both aviation and rail finance matters, offering a broad view of the transportation finance market. Beyond major financings and acquisitions, she advises on leasing transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters for aviation and rail clients.
