advising the purchaser in relation to the debt funding for the £307m acquisition of the NEC Group;

advising a syndicate of lenders on the £150m refinancing of Dunelm Group plc;

\n

advising Bloor Homes / Triumph Motorcycles in respect of its debt facilities; and

\n

advising a syndicate of lenders in respect of the refinancing of ALE.
