Ben is a partner in our Global Energy Group and co-heads the UK energy regulatory & commercial practice. He has led and supported in the regulatory and commercial aspects of numerous energy & infrastructure projects, at all stages of their lifecycle and across a wide range of technologies, including renewables, storage, nuclear, carbon, and networks. Ben has particular depth of experience in battery energy storage (including all forms of revenue contracts), powering data centres, and grid connections & networks. Ben regularly advises on new, novel and complex projects/contracts, having lead on numerous first-of-their-kind products.
