David is an associate in our Commercial team in Manchester. As part of his role, David advises on a wide range of commercial contracts.

His recent experience includes drafting an infrastructure and supply agreement for a large chemicals sector client, drafting a set of promotional terms and conditions for an international airline's promotional offer and advising a further education college on an agency agreement with a travel consortium. David has also provided corporate support on several corporate acquisitions.

David has recently completed a four month client secondment at a not-for-profit organisation during which he advised the company on its contractual arrangements and provided the client with training on reviewing and highlighting risks in contracts. David also completed a similar client secondment with an international airline during his training contract.
