Lee Harris is a partner in our corporate group, based in London. He has extensive experience in advising on high-value and multijurisdictional M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and complex reorganisations. Lee leads the firms health and life sciences sector M&A team as well as co-chairing the international corporate reorganisations group.

Since qualifying with Eversheds Sutherland in 2012, Lee has developed significant experience of managing complex cross-border projects and works closely with our global offices to deliver seamless advice on international matters. His practice also covers domestic corporate transactions and reorganisations for listed companies, private equity sponsors and privately held businesses.

Lee’s recent experience includes advising on a US$4.2 billion disposal in the cardiac medical devices space, a £500m sale of a multinational distributor, a £415m sale of an innovative biotechnology company, the £504m takeover of Lookers plc by Global Auto Holdings, a $4.3billion global reorganisation of a leading automotive product manufacturer and the $133m sale of a global healthcare logistics business.
