Diane is the Global Head of Eversheds Sutherland’s Employment, Labor and Pensions Practice, leading a team of more than 450 lawyers across jurisdictions worldwide. In addition to this role she is also the Global Co Head of Sustainability & ESG.

With over 30 years’ experience, Diane is a highly respected employment law partner, recognised for advising on complex, high profile matters at both national and international level. Her practice covers the full spectrum of contentious and non contentious employment law and governance combining technical expertise with strategic, commercially focused advice for global businesses.

She has conducted complex and high-profile employment litigation claims often around issues of equality, diversity and discrimination. Diane also advises on organisational issues (including large scale redundancy and restructuring programmes, industrial relations/trade union issues, mergers and collaborations, equality and diversity strategies); international collaborations and cross border issues.

Diane is also Chair of the firm’s Gender Network, where she actively champions gender equity and inclusion across the firm’s international platform.
