Carlos is a partner in the corporate group, specialising in M&A, private equity and commercial contracts.

Carlos has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, especially in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and group restructurings. He leads and coordinates transactions for both international and domestic clients in various sectors including healthcare, food, diversified industrials and technology.

Carlos also regularly advises clients on general corporate and governance issues, as well as in their day to day commercial legal matters; he acts as Secretary to the board of many companies.

He has lectured on corporate law in various university degree programs (Carlos III, Pontificia Comillas – ICADE) and is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on corporate matters with a particular focus on international businesses.

Law degree from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas – ICADE International Business Law Diploma from the McGeorge School of Law (Sacramento).

Carlos wrote the chapter on shareholders’ agreements in the Practical Flashback on Corporations published by Francis Lefebvre and also regularly contributes articles to legal and business publications.
