Jacobo Martínez is a founding partner of Eversheds Nicea, the director of the employment department, and one of the three members of the firm’s steering committee.
Position
He has broad experience advising in all areas of employment law, including implementation of complex remuneration systems, the employment implications of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate successions, as well as workforce restructuring processes, collective bargaining and dispute resolution procedures.

Jacobo Martínez is an Associate Professor of Employment and Social Security Law at Universidad Cardenal Cisneros (Universidad Complutense) and Chairman of the Madrid Regional Sports Law Commission. He is also a Director of the Madrid-based water utility Canal de Isabel II.
