Eversheds Sutherland

Kiko is the Partner in charge of the Eversheds Nicea Litigation and Intellectual Property Department.

He has broad experience of trial law and arbitration, and he is an expert in the healthcare, transport and music industries. Kiko directs the health and life sciences practice area in Eversheds Nicea, and he is co-chairman of health and life sciences in Eversheds International. 

Kiko is a regular speaker at conferences sponsored or promoted by Spain’s General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), the regional Government of Madrid, the Madrid Law Association, Villanueva University College, University Antonio de Nebrija, the Autonomous University of Madrid (Master’s programme in Intellectual Property), the CGPJ Judiciary School, and the CEFI Centre for the Promotion of Research.

He is also a member of the editorial board at the journal Comunicaciones en Propiedad Industrial y Derecho de la Competencia published by the Instituto de Derecho y Ética Industrial.
