Antonio is a partner in our Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has vast experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation. His practice involves advising clients on contractual and commercial disputes. Most of Antonio´s experience relates to cross-border disputes.

Internationally recognised commercial litigator with nearly 25 years’ experience. He advises on a broad range of disputes, with experience in all types of litigation related to Financial Services, International Contracts, Construction & Engineering. He also advises on corporate investigations related to Fraud, Bribery and Regulatory issues. Chair of the International Bar Association's Litigation Committee from 2009 to 2012 and regular speaker and session chair at IBA events. Leader of the Eversheds Latin America Alliance being involved in a number of international disputes involving Latin American.

Member of the Eversheds Global FSDR & Investigations Group, with experience in all bank-related litigation. Member of the International Bar Association. Chair of the Litigation Committee (2009-2012) and member of the Latin America Forum. Arbitrator recognised by the Madrid Chamber of Commercial Arbitration (CIMA) Head of Eversheds´ Latin America Alliance. Member of Madrid Bar Association since 1989. Antonio won the Lexology Client Choice Award in Arbitration & ADR for Spain 2015.
