Sixto de la Calle is Of Counsel with responsibility for the Private Equity desk in the Eversheds Nicea Company and Commercial Department. Sixto has broad experience advising both Spanish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring operations, and in the negotiation and drafting of purchase agreements for industrial undertakings and real estate assets. He also has a strong track record advising investment funds on the acquisition of NPL portfolios.
