Eduardo is specialist in Private and Public International Law and European Law, focusing his activity in Contract Law, Commercial Law, Pharmaceutical and Sanitary Law (including pharmaceutical policies and regulation) and International Arbitration. Regarding this last specialization, Eduardo has gone further in his knowledge about ICC and ICSID proceedings. In the same way, he is the author of a work research on the topic « Investment Law and International Responsibility: ICSID ».
