He specialises in a variety of employment law aspects including, but not limited to, prosecuting and chairing disciplinary hearings, running CCMA and bargaining council arbitrations, instituting and opposing applications/referrals at the Labour Court, executing retrenchments and bringing and opposing appeals at the Labour Appeal Court.
