Justine is an associate in the commercial team at the Sandton office.

Justine graduated with a BCom (Law) from the University of Johannesburg in 2006, and a LLB from UNISA in 2009. In 2013 Justine was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

During the course of her experience Justine has been involved in advising, drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements including service provider agreements, service level agreements, independent contractor and executive service agreements, restraint of trade agreements, sale of shares agreements, sale of business agreements, memoranda of incorporation and shareholders' agreements as well as commercial property leases.
