Kelly is an associate in the commercial department at the Bryanston office.

She graduated from the University of Pretoria with a LLB in 2012 and was admitted as an attorney in 2015.

During the course of her experience, Kelly has drafted and negotiated various commercial agreements in the ICT industry including service agreements, EULAs and service level agreements. She has also advised on a number of other corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, sale of business agreements and reporting several mergers to the competition authorities in South Africa.
