representing a JSE listed company in an urgent High Court application interdicting the illegal mining operations on farms directly adjacent to client’s farming operations in the Bronkhortspsuit region;

compiling environmental legal compliance registers;

advising on provisions of national water act;

\n

advising on regulatory processes for renewable energy and major developments;

advising on general environmental authorisations pertaining to inter alia water use licences, air emissions licences and waste management licences
