Gerald is an senior associate of the Eversheds Corporate Product Group and is based in the Singapore office of Eversheds. He specialises in the areas of cross border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate finance. Gerald also regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including employment, capital reduction, corporate compliance and trade agreements. He trained and practised law at one of the largest, leading law firms in Singapore from 2009 to 2014. Gerald speaks and writes fluently in English and Mandarin.

Gerald recently acted for one of the largest US-based global venture capital fund in various investments in Southeast Asia. He regularly acts for a portfolio of clients on corporate and mergers and acquisitions matters, recent clients include global digital and technology firms, international private equity funds and multinational engineering corporations. Gerald also acts for global banks in financing and securitisation transactions across Southeast Asia.
