Le Vond is an associate in the Eversheds Corporate practice group and is based in Eversheds’ Singapore office.

Le Vond’s legal portfolio predominantly focuses on private equity transactions, corporate compliance, international mergers and acquisitions, employment and privacy matters.

Her recent experience includes:

advising a US-head quartered venture capital client on several significant transactions in Asia, which includes advising on the investments into various technology companies and start-ups and the subsequent issuance of employee share options, share buy-backs, employment matters and ongoing corporate requirements; advised an international asset management client on its employee data protection policy, including the data protection aspects of pre-employment screening, document retention and destruction; assisted a UK-based records management and data backup company in a cross border mergers & acquisitions; and advising a major UK-based high street and online retailer on the expansion of its business into Singapore, both in terms of their product offering and customer service. Le Vond obtained her LLB Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2010. She has been admitted as a Barrister of England & Wales in July 2011, and an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore in November 2014.
