Agnieszka Gilowska is an attorney-at-law in the Public Contracts team at Eversheds Sutherland’s Polish office. She advises clients on complex public procurement matters, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects and regulated sectors such as rail and road transport, energy, defence and healthcare. With over 13 years of experience gained in international private practice and in-house, she has extensive experience representing contractors in high-value tenders, including some of the largest procurement procedures in Poland. Agnieszka supports clients throughout the full procurement lifecycle, from strategic tender advice and documentation to appeal proceedings, contract implementation and EU-regulated procedures.
