Christopher acts for both borrowers and lenders across the credit spectrum on a wide range of loan financing transactions. .

Christopher has extensive experience on complex cross-border corporate acquisition financings, involving public takeovers and private acquisitions. He regularly advises on general corporate financing matters (particularly investment grade and cross-over credit), including bilateral and syndicated term and revolving credit / working capital facilities. Additionally, Christopher supports corporate treasurers with the implementation of treasury projects, such as cash pooling arrangements and internal reorganisations.
