Eversheds Sutherland Romania

Carolina is an associate in our Romanian office and specialises mainly in financing transactions. She is also familiar with the regulatory framework and legal practices of the power and energy sector in Romania having particular experience working on technical agreements.

Carolina is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2011 and a member of the Bar of the Republic of Moldova since 2014. She graduated from the Bucharest University (2010) and holds two master degrees from the same University in European Law (2011) and Education Sciences (2011). She currently attends the courses of the Romanian Banking Institute. Carolina is an external collaborator for European Law at the Bucharest University, Faculty of Law. She speaks English, German, Russian and Romanian.
