Luiza advises primarily on Real Estate issues, but has also assisted clients on various Corporate and Commercial matters. Luiza graduated from the Law School of Bucharest University and from the Law School "Panthéon - Sorbonne" of Paris I University. She holds a master's degree in Business Law from Nicolae Titulescu University as well as in European Law from Bucharest University. Also, Luiza holds an authorized translator certificate for French issued from the Ministry of Justice. Before joining Lina & Guia (now Eversheds Romania) she worked in a public authority subordinated to the Ministry of Public Finance. She is fluent in French, English, and Romanian.
