Alexandra’s practice focuses primarily on Corporate and M&A, Competition and Employment matters, as well as regulatory and compliance aspects of Romanian law in a number of fields of specialization, including data protection, consumer protection, environmental etc.

Alexandra has been involved in complex projects related to Romanian and EU data protection issues, including data transfers, data processing agreements and processing of sensitive personal data and she is focusing also on compliance assessments of the clients’ contracts and commercial conduct. In the area of employment, she assisted various national and international companies from day-to-day employment matters to wider strategic projects, including for implementing reorganisations and restructuring measures.

Alexandra is a graduate of Faculty of Law within the Babes – Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca and has been admitted to practice by the Bucharest Bar Association.
