Oana advises clients especially on Corporate (in particular M&A) and Commercial matters, but also on Regulatory and Employment related issues.

Oana also assists clients on Antitrust issues, focusing on compliance and enforceability reviews of distribution agreements, franchise agreements and general competition compliance assessments of day-to-day business conduct.

Oana is a graduate of the University of Bucharest and has been admitted to practice by Bucharest Bar association. Oana is fluent in English and Romanian.
