Miguel Castelo Branco is the Founding Partner of FCB Advogados.

Miguel is widely recognised in Portugal as one of the highest profile and leading lawyers in several practice areas, including restructuring and insolvency (in which he has been involved in the past 20 years in major litigation and arbitration cases, including international arbitrations) and real estate.

At FCB, he co-coordinates the Dispute Resolution and Real Estate, Property and Constructions, also developing his work in the Corporate, Commercial and M&A Department.

Throughout his professional career, Miguel has also developed a vast experience in business management, performing the Administrator and/or Manager role in several companies.
