Career

Michał specializes in public procurement law. He has over 15 years of experience in providing legal advice to businesses on matters relating to contracts in the investment process.

He represents clients before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts, as well as advises on the implementation stage of a contract concluded as a result of a public procurement procedure.

Michał has advised on significant investments in road and rail infrastructure. He supported companies from the medical sector in tender proceedings. He has extensive practice in public-private partnership (PPP) projects. He also represented clients in defence and security procurement. He holds a security clearance for access to classified information.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked at leading Polish and international law firms.

He is the author of more than 40 publications in the field of public procurement law, including co-writing the commentary to Directive 2014/24/EU published by C.H. Beck in October 2015.

He has been recommended for many years by prestigious legal rankings such as Chambers Europe and Legal500.
