Principal associate

Deborah is Principal Associate at our Litigation department.She specializes in commercial, corporate and bankruptcy litigation before ordinary courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings and ADR.

Deborah advices national and international clients, operating in the construction, engineering, telecommunications, transport and logistics sectors on the prevention of disputes regarding their core business and assists them in the possible subsequent proceedings.

She usually represents clients in insolvency litigation (particularly, actions for damages against directors and auditors of companies and claw-back actions).

She has been member of arbitral tribunals for the resolution of corporate disputes.Deborah has also gained a significative experience in advising clients on data protection issues and managing the relevant disputes before the Italian Data Protection Authority and ordinary courts.
