Renato Fiumalbi is the Head of the Italian Litigation practice.

Renato graduated in 1983 (University of Milan), has been admitted to practice since 1988 and before the Supreme Court of Italy since 2001.

Renato has extensive experience, accrued during almost 30 years of practice, on corporate, commercial -inclusive of m&a disputes- and insolvency litigation, with particular focus on construction and engineering, transport and logistics, food industry.

Renato represents clients in domestic litigation before ordinary courts as well as in arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international (ICC); he also has large experience in handling cross-border disputes.
