Leonardo is an Associate in corporate, commercial, and real estate law, both domestic and international, advising and assisting corporates, listed issuers, funds and other financial institutions.

Leonardo provide advice on the following matters: i) M&A; ii) corporate; iii) real estate transactions; iv) negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts (including, as for example, contracts for the sale and purchase of business, supply and sub-supply contracts, guarantees, lease agreements, license agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc).

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Leonardo has worked for leading Italian law firms in Milan and an important Notary Public office; he is author of several publications on civil/real estate law matters.
