Sara is an Associate in our Employment practice group. Since the beginning of her career, she specialized in employment, industrial relations and social security law.

Her work experience involves all matters related to the management and termination of employment and self-employment contracts, included commercial agency contracts.She also specializes in collective redundancy and individual dismissal as well as acting for them in the related litigation proceedings and in legal advice on collective bargaining and agreements.

She speaks English fluently. Her recent experience includes: assistance to domestic and international companies belonging to the industrial and commercial sectors, both in litigious disputes and in extra-judicial issues; legal advice on industrial collective agreements; drafting legal opinions in labour law and pensions matters.
