Partner

Simone Barnaba is a partner in the Litigation Department. He represents multinational corporations in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation, including antitrust, bankruptcy, contract, corporate, unfair competition and other business torts and regulatory litigation. He also represents clients in arbitration proceedings. 

In addition to his litigation practice, Simone advises clients on a wide variety of bankruptcy, commercial and corporate matters.

Simone has represented clients in diverse industries, including oil and gas, pharmaceutical and life science and financial services.

Simone is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rome La Sapienza in 1998 and was admitted to the bar in 2002.
