Terry was made a partner in our Real Estate department in 2018. Our real estate practice is ranked as Band 1 in Legal 500. Terry has extensive experience in a wide range of areas of real estate. He advises on property acquisitions, disposals, investments, financing, development and asset management. He acts predominantly for developers, lenders and investors on developments (including site assembly), purchases, sales, commercial lettings, lending and on-going asset management. Terry has also practised in England where he acted exclusively for developers and investors on large-scale commercial schemes of development.
