Partner Pension Group

Lorcan has recently re-joined as a partner in our Dublin Pensions Group. Having trained with us, he has gained extensive pensions law experience at leading firms in both Ireland and the UK. Lorcan advises corporate and trustee clients on all aspects of the establishment and operation of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. This includes assisting clients with scheme restructurings, funding arrangements and pensions disputes. He has particular expertise in advising on the pensions implications of corporate transactions and group restructurings.
