He advises local and international clients on a wide range of matters in Iraq including joint venture, competition, outsourcing, employment, intellectual property, consulting, services, franchising, distribution, insurance and investment.

Hatem provides legal Advisory on all matters that are related to the Iraqi laws, He is experienced in corporate registrations and licensing. He also has a vast experience with litigations in front of all levels of the Iraqi courts.
