Markus has wide and versatile experience of business law, with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and real estate arrangements, as well as broadly in inter-company agreements, especially in the fields of technology, outsourcing, joint ventures and other cooperation arrangements and foreign trade.

He typically advises clients on real estate and corporate restructuring and transactions, as well as in contract negotiations related to ICT and service procurement and outsourcing operations, and has an equally long track record in various cooperation, joint venture and shareholder agreements.

Markus is one of the co-heads of our IT, technology and telecoms practices group.

\n

Markus has studied law at the universities of Helsinki and Regensburg (Germany). He was admitted to the Finnish Bar Association in 2001
