Matti Kess provides counsel and advice in questions related to property law and dispute resolution. He has considerable experience, not only from advocacy work, in real estate business law such as the organisation of real estate assets. Matti has also served as counsel and adviser in the planning and implementation of various agreement structures and dispute resolution related to forestry and agriculture. He has represented many clients at trials. Matti has functioned as an attesting notary since 1994.

Matti has written several articles for various professional journals and authored a handbook on transferring businesses to the next generation.
