Jukka has extensive experience in solving situations requiring legal competence related to housing companies and real estate, both through negotiation and in judicial proceedings. Jukka acts as the Legal Adviser of the Real Estate Federation of Southwest Finland and has written articles concerning housing companies in relevant publications.

In insolvency issues, Jukka has acted as an administrator of bankruptcy estates and a supervisor of the restructuring of companies working in different sectors and with different company structures. As a turnaround management consultant, Jukka has gained special expertise in the turnaround management and redirection of small and medium-sized enterprises, and in advising on corporate governance. Jukka also works as a lecturer.
