Niina Rosenlund (previously Mickelsson) assists our clients in dispute resolution and in contractual matters. Niina has extensive experience in civil trials and has assisted in, inter alia, damages cases and disputes related to funding arrangements. She also assists our clients in criminal cases.

In addition, she has diverse experience in the field of business law, including commercial agreements and matters related to company law as well as insolvency issues. Niina has recently operated in follow-on damage case related to the asphalt cartel and has partnered successfully in the team handling the bankruptcy estate of Talvivaara Sotkamo Ltd.

Niina heads our Dispute Resolution team and works at our office in Helsinki.
