Raiko Lipstok heads the Law Office's litigation and dispute management area. He has 19 years of experience in advising and representing clients.

Raiko represents clients in both judicial as well as arbitration disputes. In particular, Raiko is advising clients in matters concerning law of obligations, construction, public procurement, corporate and insurance law.

Furthermore, Raiko is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He acted as an insurance mediator and as a member of the arbitral tribunal for resolution of insurance disputes.

Raiko is also a recognised lecturer in public procurement law. He has delivered lectures in conferences, clients’ in-house training courses, various courses provided by training companies as well as the round table for the biggest procurers in Estonia.

Raiko possesses unique in Estonia experience and competence in advising and settling disputes concerning performance of contracts for services based on FIDIC Red Book and Yellow Book, having represented the Road Administration in all major disputes related to road construction.
