Partner Tarmo Repp is a insolvency law specialist with long-term experience and heads the Law Office's insolvency law area.

Tarmo has successfully represented clients in various matters related to insolvency, including bankruptcy, reorganization and enforcement proceedings (property sale, purchase, auction disputes, property withdrawal) and acted in various procedures for both creditor and debtor position. Representation has involved filings for bankruptcy, as well filing against them, participation in bankruptcy committee and management of the committee.
