Tomáš advises on all issues related to employment law but is best known for contentious employment issues, including employment terminations and whistle-blower disputes. Tomáš further specializes in manager’s liability, employment aspects of commercial and corporate transactions, trade union relations and strategic employment issues. Tomáš has significant experience with issues faced by companies in retail and industrial sector.

Tomáš is a member of the Advisory Committee on Labor Law at the Czech Bar Association, a founding member of Czech Employment Lawyers Association (CzELA), a member of Expert Advisory Board of Association for Development of Collective Bargaining and Labor Relations, and a mediator of collective bargaining disputes appointed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

Tomáš frequently lectures and regularly publishes in various professional magazines. Apart from Czech, he is fluent in English.
