Legal Director

Karin has been working with Eversheds Sutherland (Austria) since September 2018, she has been admitted to the bar in April 2021.

She specializes in employment law. She advises clients in all employment-related legal matters, including legal disputes, ongoing out-of-court advisory of employers, global mobility and immigration (cross-border transfer and posting of employees) as well as M&A related employment matters.

Karin received her master’s degree in Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2016. Moreover, she was a semester abroad at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. During her studies she worked as a legal intern in several law firms and did internships in Toronto and Brussels.

Following her judicial clerkship at the federal courts of Vienna, she worked as an associate specialised in labour law for an international law firm in Vienna.
