Associate

Rodrigo Domínguez is an associate at the BLP office in Guatemala, specializing in the practice area of Banking & Finance. He has experience in bank financing and project development, especially in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has participated in project finance, leveraged finance, and asset securitization transactions, providing legal advice on the drafting and review of related documentation under English and European law, including credit agreements, guarantees, and other financial instruments.

He also has experience with investment funds, assisting in the preparation of related legal documentation and financial prospectuses according to international regulations. Rodrigo joined BLP as an associate in 2025.
