Lucía Quesada is a Senior Associate at BLP in San José, specializing in Business Law and Real Estate & Hospitality. She excels in advising national and international companies on large-scale projects in urban and coastal areas of Costa Rica, real estate matters, corporate governance, start-ups, corporate and tax structure reviews, and day-to-day business affairs. Her experience includes reviewing commercial agreements and M&A transactions, with skills in organizing complex transactions and managing teams and projects. Lucía joined BLP in 2015 as a legal assistant and was promoted to associate in 2017.
