Mario Pasco specializes in advising companies on labor matters with particular focus on corporate advisory.

He counsels companies on hiring national and foreign personnel, social security matters, labor costs optimization, compensations planning, termination of employment relationships, and collective bargaining, disputes, and workforce reductions.

Mario has been appointed Secretary of Trust of the Constitutional Chamber of the Peruvian Supreme Court. He chairs the Labor Committee of the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), of which he has also been Director. In addition, he has been a member of the Peruvian Employer Group delegation to the International Labor Conference of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the National Labor Council (CNT).

He has been professor of Collective Labor Law and Labor Law at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL), and Universidad del Pacífico (UP).

He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners as one of the best lawyers in the labor field and honored with the Hall of Fame category by Legal 500. He is also listed among the leading professionals in the Lexology Index.
