Associate

Claudia Cermeño specializes in labor and social security law.

She provides general labor consulting services and focuses her practice on individual and collective labor law, addressing harassment and violence in the workplace, equality and non-discrimination in employment, termination mechanisms, social security issues, occupational safety and health.

Claudia participates in investigations of sexual harassment cases, termination procedures, and labor inspections.

She has been a teaching assistant in the general labor law course at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP, 2009-2013).

Claudia is a member of the Board of Directors of APERHU – Peruvian Association of Human Resources and is part of its Diversity and Inclusion Community.
